Once the layout is approved, we create a 3D rendering for a virtual walkthrough of your new office, providing you with a chance to experience the space before construction.

Document Preparation and Material Selection

Our Self-Certified Architects prepare architectural drawings and submit them to your municipality's building department for permitting. This certification expedites the review process, saving an average of 8-10 weeks. While documents are under review, you're invited to our Design Showroom to select your finishing materials.

On-Site Layout Review

After demolition (if necessary), we mark the office layout on-site, giving you a tangible sense of space and flow before construction begins.

Construction

We commence construction, involving all necessary trades under Masterdent Group's management. You'll receive weekly progress updates, and we can even share updates via your preferred social media platform.
